Designer: Signed HOBE ©. Hobe has been in business since the late 1800s, rich in jewelry history and it seems to be a family tradition. The jewelry items they created in the early years were of museum quality even though they were Costume jewelry. They were considered good enough for queens. Hobe quit manufacturing jewelry sometime in 1992.

This stunning Hobe sapphire blue faux moonstone necklace features beautiful smooth, round faux moonstone beads and aurora borealis faceted blue crystal beads. The faux moonstone beads have a silky tone to them and the blue faceted crystals have a hue of green, purple and blue shimmering with glitters. Some of the faux moonstone beads are hugged with jet black filigree caps and rings of clear glass beads are strung in between the blue faceted crystals! The largest beads measure almost 5/8 each. The glorious beads and crystals are graduated in size and strung in a sturdy metal chain. You'll be hard pressed to find jewelry made like this any more.
