I love the gorgeous presentation of this vintage faux pearl fringe necklace. It is almost 1 1/8" wide and features two rows of lustrous round white faux pearls with Aurora Borealis crystal and faux pearl drops hanging down. The crystals are sparkling brightly but, sadly, some of the faux pearl drops have lost their coating from age. Still a beautiful piece to enjoy. Good Condition. Item #N168103 - Weiss Smoky Rhinestone Vintage Estate Antique Necklace.

Era: Circa 45.
Condition: Good Condition.
Flaw: Some of the marquise cut stones have darkened. One small round stone is missing.
Size: 18" and adjustable.
Designer: Albert Weiss is one of the world renowned designers of the 40's and 50's known for the top quality of his costume jewelry, on the par with Eisenberg, Boucher and other great designers of that era.

Ten smoky marquise crystal rhinestones are the center piece of this graceful Weiss necklace. Each marquise is archingly framed by glittering clear round stones accentuating its beauty. The rhinestone accented marquises are set vertically making this subtly beautiful necklace even more unique. The center piece measures 5 3/4" wide with each vertical piece measuring almost 1". The rest of the necklace are individually prong set smoky round stones on silver tone. It closes with a rhinestone hook clasp. The only regret is that the marquise cut stones have darkened and there are one small round stone missng. However, these flaws are not noticeable when the necklace is worn because the stones have lots of sparkles. I have discounted the price because of these flaws. Hanging from a gorgeous book chain are three beautiful rose buds. Each 1" bud is capped by four slender embossed goldtone leaves. The chain of the necklace is composed of small circles. Each circle is 1/8" wide and is embossed with swirly patterns. The circles are linked together vertically and horizontally to give the choker a lot of dimension and class. Item #N16854 - Hard Plastic Nutty Stone Beaded Vintage Choker Necklace.

I bought this hand-made necklace in Mammouth, Sweden, back in the early 70's. The hard plastic beads were molded to look like nutty stones. They are in a very nice shades of brown, yellow and beige colors. There are a total of 25 nutty stone beads of various sizes and some are flat. The largest brown ones measure almost 3/4" in diameter. The nutty stone beads are strung together on a long brown cord which looks like suede and knotted at each end of the beads. It can be worn as a choker or necklace. It is very different and you'll look very becoming wearing it with any type of clothes. Excellent Condition. US$58.00.
