Designer: Signed Kramer of NY. Kramer of New York was a leader in making fine costume jewelry. They first used the mark around 1943, and produced jewelry using the best quality rhinestones available.
This beautiful Kramer crystal rhinestone necklace has an unique design and
a royal flair to it. Bands of individually prong set brilliant rhinestones and
sparkling teardrop crystal rhinestones forming a gorgeous regal design. The teardrop
stones are 3/8", each shines brightly and emits lots of flashes and sparkles.
Excellent condition. A fabulous necklace to wear at weddings, prom nights, pageants, parties, cruises and special functions!
