Designer: Early unsigned Miriam Haskell bracelet. Miriam Haskell made high end jewelry since 20's. Her costume jewelry is the collectible of the collectibles. Most of her pieces were signed from the 1940's onward.

I can't begin to describe how intricate, ornate and beautiful this early unsigned Miriam Haskell antique bracelet is! The bracelet, done in a shimmering antique silvertone finish, is expertly hand tooled out to create texturized filigree scroll pattern through the entire bracelet. The front section exhibits the undulating lines, sweeping sinuous curves and interlaced motif of Art Nouveau, as well as heavily influenced by the nature theme that Haskell jewelry is famous for. Center has a glittering ruby red crystal pearl center floret encircled by glitzy clear round rhinestones which are channel set in a silvertone mount. Then, trumpet flowers accented by red crystals decorating the four corners, with the flower tips meeting a red crystal pearl rosette prominently displayed on each side! Tremendous edging, piercing and millegrained work has been done to the entire bracelet to achieve such breathtaking effect. The fantastic milligrained work gives the illusion that the center section is studded with glitzy marcasites. Hard to phanthom the amount of time and talent involved! They truly don't make jewelry like this any more! Please note that the red crystals are not the original stones. It appears that they have been added at a later date to further add beauty to the bracelet. The slide-in clasp locks the bracelet securely. Excellent condition. This fabulous signed vintage bracelet features four links of ice lemonade oval glass stones and five links of articulated gold filled grape leaves with the two lovely designs alternating each other. The ice lemonade oval glass stones are 3/8" in length, has a flat table top, multi facets on the crown and at the bottom. These exquisite stones are pronged in openback setting to maximize the brilliance of the heavy facets to sparkle like ice diamonds! The gold filled grape leaves are articulated and curved and the connecting bars have grape inscribed motif influenced by the artistry of the Art Nouveau period. The base metal of this antique charmer is gold filled as indicated by the marking. Gold filled jewelry is composed of a sheet of gold, a sheet of base metal and another sheet of gold. The metal touching the skin is gold. The mark 1/20 12K TGF indicates that 1/5th of this bracelet is 12k gold. An heirloom treasure from the past in excellent condition! Flaw: A small surface loss on the underside of a pink stone. You can't see it when worn. It might not be a flaw, it could just be the way the stone is. I mentioned it for thoroughness.

This gorgeous bracelet has 6 links of natural stones. Each stone is somewhat triangular in shape and has an interesting mottled appearance to it. The stones are flat, appear to be glazed, each measures 1" x 5/8" and has a antique goldtone cap mounted on each end. It closes with a foldover clasp. This interesting and uniquely beautiful bracelet is in excellent condition with the exception of a small surface loss on the underside of a pink stone which cannot be seen when worn. It could just be the natural formation of the stone and might not be a flaw. I mentioned it for thoroughness. This is a bold yet feminine, simple yet elegant bangle bracelet I designed! I love the London blue color. It is a substantial piece as the bangle is 5/8" wide and has a 1/2" thick inner edge. The bangle is glossy and smooth to the touch. The surface slopes down towards the outer edge and has a wavy angling design making for a dimentional artistic look. To soften the boldness, I embellished the bangle with two beautiful lucite jet black faceted oval tiles (1 3/4" 1 1/2" x 1/4"), one on each side so that this gorgeous embellishment can be seen either side. On them are lovely purple, pink flowers, delightful gold beads and embossed leaves and emerald green faceted teardrop lucite crystals to enhance color and texture, and to add glitters, femininity and sophistication to the piece. I custom designed this bracelet so you won't hear someone says "Geeweez... it is beautiful and I have one just like it!". No, no, no, this is the one and I won't make another one like it.
