A stunning 1920's Miriam Haskell hinge bracelet! Miriam Haskell Jewelry has always been made by hand from the beginning and never mass produced. Pieces prior to the late 1940's were unsigned but clearly recognizable and prized for their fine quality workmanship. This is a fine example of one of her very early pieces. This bracelet has been beautifully hand tooled out of antique brass. The center piece features 7 gorgeous, smooth, lustrous, slightly gold colored round faux pearls. The pearls are still in amazingly excellent condition, no peeling whatsoever! Each faux pearl measures 3/8" in diameter is cradled by a brass pedal and further secured by a large foldover brass prong. This fabulous floral arrangement is set on a scrolly brass finding with two sculptured elongated leaves folding onto the side. The center piece measures 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". The elongated leaves measures 1 1/4". This beautiful bracelet showcases the exceptional craftmanship that Miriam Haskell is known for. Excellent condition. US$238.00. SOLD.
